Refund policy

No cash, check, or credit card refunds, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Items purchased from The Waiting Room may be exchanged for another item, or may be returned for in-store credit or in the form of a gift card.
The original receipt of purchase is required in order to exchange or return any item and all tags must be attached in their original form.  All exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.  All sale items are final.  No exchanges or returns on all sale items.

Holiday Gift Returns will be granted until January 15th, 2026, on gifts purchased after November 15th, 2025.
